Requirements
- 2/3 years experience in a similar background and role
- Haccp Knowledge and Training
- Certification from a recognised body is preferred
- Basic Computers and Fluent English
- Ability to work as a team player
- Flexibility to work with other disciplines within the Kitchen
- Available to work all shift patterns for breakfast, lunch and diner service.
